Amanda Beard you are awesome!

Not just for her swimmer talent and beautiful looks but because of her unselfish commitment to animals around the world. Amanda has chosen to showcase her swimmer talent at the 2008 Olympics but just as important to her is the fact that China and many other countries continue to allow barbaric animal skinning for fur. Amanda makes clear that while participating in the Olympics is important t show her talent, the is no place for fur in world society today. For more on her campaign to end the murder of animals for their fur visit Amanda's PETA page.
