suspect in Chevy's murder held

A suspect in the beheading and murder of Chevy the dog is being held. It appears that this crazy idiot 24 year old had a love interest in the 17 year old girl who was Chevy's pet parent. This idiot better hope he gets jail time for he's cruelty, because I think he would be safer in jail than out on the streets.
